Jason did a great job and was very thorough. On-time and prompt. I have issues with their pricing though. Lifetime’z charged me the same amount to replace both capacitors on my compressor unit (outside) as if they were replacing one at a time on different days instead of together at the same time. Keep in mind the capacitors sit right next to each other and were no more work other than disconnecting two wires. $420 to replace two capacitors of which one of the capacitors is priced $16 retail. Then a $79 trip/diagnostic fee on top of that….no credit for getting the work done…? Crazy!!!
